Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.
By booking a class, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written here. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to info@fashionphotographyacademy.com. All payments must be done before starting date.

Cancellation and refunds

Within 2 weeks after the start of the lessons, you can withdraw the registration and your money will be refunded to your bank account. However, all PayPal and/or Bank transfer and cancellation fees of third parties are solely responsible by the interested participants. It can take up to another 4 weeks before the money is refunded, due to administration time. 

At cancellation, the relevant name and the corresponding bank account number, and the amount that has been deposited, with the deposit date must be mentioned by you in an email sent to finance@fashionphotographyacademy.com .

After 2 weeks there is no refund possible.

Fashion Photography Academy has the right to redraw the purchase, if the student doesn’t participate in the assignment.
We only want fully committed students. This is the only way we can guarantee results.

Discounts
Discounts are possible when you apply with more than one person at the same time. Also when somebody can prove his/her skills in the technic of photography a discount could be possible. All questions must be answered correctly.

Copyrights

All material made during this training as photos and mood boards may be used by Fashion Photography Academy as marketing and promotional material to show other people what previous students have learned and achieved during this training. Of course, we will give credits to the photographer. The photos remain the property of the photographer him-/her-self, however, Fashion Photography Academy may use the photos and mood boards made by students free of charge to show new potential future students on Social Media and the website.

Attendees must credit Fashion Photography Academy when posting their images made during these 6 months’ classes on social media. It’s not allowed to expose or use any of our lessons with third parties, or for other purposes

Registration Form

If you completed a registration form, know that this information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest, and will be followed up by offers and tips and tricks by email. If you don’t want to receive any more emails, you can opt-out by yourself and just and unsubscribe underneath the email.

Art Orders

We may request information from you such as your name and shipping address. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Shipping cost and maybe extra tax fees are the responsibility of the interested participants and must be paid by you.
